What Do Welded Seams Mean?
When it’s written on the bag, “Welded Seams,” it means that two pieces of fabric were joined using pressure and heat. Thermoplastic coating materials such as (PU) polyurethane, (PVC) polyvinylchloride, (PE) polyethylene, and (PP) polypropylene are mainly used for the fabric welding process.
This procedure is only required for products that need to be made specialized water-resistant and tear-resistant. A welded seam bag can withstand stress up to 2 times greater than sewn and taped seams. So, if you see welded seams, you can rest assured that the bag is of higher quality.
Splashproof, Waterproof, Submersible, Water Resistant, or Water Repellent?

Splash-proof: This means your bag will withstand water splash and light rain, but it will leak if exposed to high water pressure or submerged underwater.
